I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the knowledge and skills that I learned at the San Diego Culinary School.  Even though the class was only 4 months long, and with Chef Kurt’s expectations of me and his leadership, I feel that I would be an asset in any restaurant that I apply for.  Because of this culinary education, I now know without a doubt what will be expected of me by working for executive and senior chefs.

 

The discipline and skills that were taught by Chef Kurt was exactly what I was looking for.  This is not just another “cooking class” it is a class that prepares one to work in kitchens in the “real world.”  Not only have I benefited from this culinary experience but by giving away some of the tasty morsels that I made in class for the La Mesa Police Department, The La Mesa Fire Department, my neighbors and not to mention my boyfriend.
