Hands-On Home Chef Classes

Our Hands on Home Chef students learn to cook in the same fully-equipped instructional kitchens as our Professional Students. Courses last from 2 to 4 hours. Students should wear comfortable shoes and come prepared to cook.

The San Diego Culinary Institute is proud to announce its affiliation with the American Personal Chefs' Association (APCA) in providing the following classes on the ever-growing Personal Chef industry. American Personal Chef's Assoc. Q&A; Apr 14  
Join Candy Wallace, Executive Director of the American Personal Chefs' Association in a two-hour question and answer session that covers the current state of the personal chef industry, how to become a personal chef, what sort of training does becoming a personal chef require, and various other topics about this exciting industry. This seminar is open to the public and is free but you must register at www.personalchef.com to attend.
