Our Hands on Home Chef students learn to cook in the
same fully-equipped instructional kitchens as our Professional
Students. Courses last from 2 to 4 hours. Students should wear
comfortable shoes and come prepared to cook.
Join Executive Chef Instructor Kurt Waefler as he brings back his popular class "Chicken 101." Chef Kurt cooks up a storm and shows you the proper way to handle a chicken and use all of its parts in some exciting dishes.

Executive Chef Instructor Kurt Waefler presents his very popular Chicken 101 hands on class again this fall. Chef Kurt will guide you in the proper way to handle, truss, and cut a whole chicken into classic portions. Then he will lead the group in the preparing the following fabulous dishes using all of the parts of the chicken:
* Sautéed "Airline" breast ‘Pomodoro’
* Grilled Marinated thigh with peppers and onions
* Teriyaki Chicken
* "Li’l Smokey" stuffed drumsticks |
