GATOR BY THE BAY
Students and Chef Instructors at the San Diego Culinary Institute recently
spent a day of fun in the sun at the San Diego Gator by the Bay Festival
held last May 12 and 13, 2006. Visitors to the SDCI booth were treated
to demonstrations and samples of some Creole and Cajun cooking. Download
