TEXTBOOK INFORMATION
The student supply kit includes all required textbooks, uniforms (except shoes and socks), Knife Carrying Case or Equipment Box and supplies, including the specialized tools and other items necessary. The cost of the required kit for each program is based on volume purchases of many of the items, and individuals trying to purchase these items separately may not be able to find the appropriate items in a timely or cost-effective manner. If students wish to purchase the textbooks or supply kit elements independently, they must make prior arrangements with the Program Director before beginning classes. The Program Director can provide the requisite ISBN, edition or manufacturer information. Students who wish to purchase the supply kit items on their own should be advised that they must procure items identical to those provided by SDCI, to avoid safety issues and classroom misunderstandings.

VACCINATIONS POLICY
San Diego Culinary Institute does not require any specific vaccinations for students. However, applicants should inform the Program Director of any health problems or issues that may impact the student’s education or employment.
