Take these
courses as a series or individually.
Chef
Rossman will take you on a culinary kitchen tour of San Diego and its many
local farmers, fishermen and ranchers.
Come prepare food using all local ingredients with a focus on Heirloom
tomatoes, chilies and oysters.
Learn
more about the variety of foods grown and raised in San Diego and prepare a
gourmet meal. The focus of this lesson
will include tropical fruits, greens, mussels and buffalo.
A single
course is $125 and includes a SDCI apron.
