Hands-On Home Chef Class Descriptions

Complete Series, Courses 1 through 3

Take these courses as a series or individually.

Course 1: Garlic Lovers Workshop (Wed, April 10, 6pm)

Is it time to kick it up a notch in your kitchen?  Learn to prepare an entire menu with garlic as the main event.  Learn, eat and enjoy.

 

Course 2: Beyond Grilling (Wed, May 29, 6pm)

Go beyond hot dogs and burgers with some fun, fast alternatives for the barbecue.  Learn to make and use rubs, marinades and sauces to enhance your meals.     

 

Course 3: Antipasti – Italy North to South (Sat, June 15, 11am)

From the Austrian Alto Adige to Sicily and beyond, come experience the simple and robust flavors of Italy.  Create a variety of Antipasti dishes that will transport your palate to the Old Country.

 

 

A single course is $125 and includes a SDCI apron.

Menus and topics are subject to change based on the availability of ingredients.
