This incredible team of Chef Instructors has worked in Paris, Geneva, London, Tokyo, Bahrain, Sao Paolo, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and of course San Diego. They average 25 years in the culinary industry and each of them has no less than 5 years experience as Executive Chefs or the equivalent.

As working Chefs, with extensive experience creating menus and managing other Chefs, they have all been where you want to go. In addition to instructing you in the techniques of our industry, you will learn.
